Novenix Player Onboarding Terms & Disclaimer 1. Non-Agency Status Novenix is a player visibility and discovery platform. We are not a player agency, agent, or representative. We do not negotiate contracts, facilitate transfers, or act as an intermediary between players and clubs. Any contact between you and industry professionals (scouts, coaches, club directors) is made independently and without our involvement. 2. Data and Media Rights You grant Novenix a non-exclusive license to display your profile information, photographs, video links, and statistics on the platform for visibility and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of all submitted media. You confirm that you have the rights to share all media and information submitted to the platform. 3. No Guarantees Novenix does not guarantee trials, contracts, professional placement, or any specific outcome. Being listed on the platform does not ensure that industry professionals will contact you. The platform provides visibility only. Evaluation by industry professionals does not equal outcome. 4. Consent to Visibility Your profile, including name, age, nationality, position, playing history, and media, will be visible to verified industry professionals who have been granted access to the platform. Your direct contact information will only be visible to industry professionals if you explicitly turn on contact visibility in your Player Portal settings. Contact information is not visible by default. 5. Limitation of Liability Novenix, its founders, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, contracts, or income. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 6. Profile Accuracy You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. False or misleading information may result in immediate removal from the platform without refund. 7. Profile Archiving Novenix may archive your profile after a significant career move or extended inactivity. Archived profiles may be restored upon request. 8. Amendment We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 9. Independent Communication All communication and any agreements between you and industry professionals occur independently of Novenix. We do not broker, negotiate, or facilitate any such communications or agreements.
