Terms of Service

Novenix is a football player visibility and discovery platform. We provide players with structured digital profiles (dossiers), industry users with a searchable database of verified player profiles, and federations with national player visibility systems.

Novenix is a VISIBILITY PLATFORM. Novenix is NOT:

• A player agency
• A talent representative
• A recruitment service
• A transfer intermediary
• A guarantor of trials, signings, scholarships, or any outcome

All recruitment, signing, and placement decisions are made solely by the industry users on the Platform. Novenix facilitates discovery and visibility. Novenix does not facilitate transfers, contracts, or placements.

2.1 Profile Creation

Players may apply by submitting an application through the Platform. Applications are reviewed manually by Novenix administrators. Approval is at Novenix's sole discretion.

2.2 Profile Accuracy

Players are responsible for providing accurate, truthful information. Players who submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information may have their profiles removed permanently.

2.3 Media Rights

By submitting photographs, videos, or other media to Novenix, the player grants Novenix a non-exclusive license to display, modify, and distribute that media on the Novenix Platform for the purpose of player visibility and discovery. This license remains in effect until the player requests removal.

2.4 Profile Publication

Novenix administrators review all submitted media before publication. Only admin-approved media appears on published profiles. Novenix reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any media.

2.5 No Guarantee

Novenix does not guarantee that a player profile will result in any outcome, including trials, contracts, scholarships, agent representation, or club interest.

2.6 Profile Removal

Players may request profile removal at any time by contacting novenixmedia@gmail.com. Publicly visible information will be deleted within 48 hours.

3.1 Access

Industry users (clubs, scouts, agents, colleges, federations) may request access to the Novenix player database. Access is granted at Novenix's sole discretion after identity and organizational verification.

3.2 Permitted Use

Industry users may search, view, and save player profiles for the purpose of player evaluation and discovery. Industry users may contact players directly through the contact methods listed on player profiles.

3.3 Prohibited Use

Industry users may NOT:

• Scrape, copy, download, or redistribute player data
• Use player data for commercial purposes other than player evaluation and recruitment
• Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

3.4 Subscription

Industry access is provided through paid subscriptions. Subscription tiers and pricing are listed on the Industry Access page. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3.5 Verification

Novenix reserves the right to verify industry user identity and organizational affiliation at any time. Novenix may revoke access if verification cannot be confirmed.

4.1 Federation Partnerships

Novenix may enter into federation-level partnership agreements that provide national player visibility infrastructure. Federation partnerships are governed by separate partnership agreements.

4.2 Federation Responsibilities

Federations are responsible for identifying and referring players, providing accurate player information, and maintaining communication with Novenix regarding player updates and platform usage.

4.3 Federation Player Media Co-Branding

Federation partnerships include co-branding rights for digital media showcases, social platforms, and editorial content related to federation players on the Novenix platform.

Novenix is a neutral visibility platform. Novenix does NOT represent players, negotiate contracts, facilitate transfers, or act as an intermediary between players and industry users. Novenix does NOT guarantee any outcome including trials, contracts, scholarships, or agent representation. All recruitment and placement decisions are made solely by the industry users on the Platform.

6.1

Novenix owns all rights to the Platform, including the Novenix name, logo, design, and software.

6.2

Players retain ownership of their photographs, videos, and personal information. Players grant Novenix a non-exclusive license to display their media on the Platform.

6.3

Industry users may not use the Novenix name, logo, or content without written permission.

Novenix is not liable for:

• The accuracy of player-submitted information
• The outcome of any player-industry interaction
• Decisions made by industry users regarding players
• Loss of data due to technical failures (though we take reasonable measures to prevent this)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform

8.1 By Novenix

Novenix may terminate or suspend any account or profile that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in conduct harmful to the Platform.

8.2 By User

Players and industry users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting novenixmedia@gmail.com.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, publicly visible information will be removed within 48 hours. Data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. For international parties, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) will administer arbitration proceedings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or platform notification.
