1.1 Player Information

When a player applies to Novenix or creates a profile, we may collect: Full name, Date of birth, Nationality, Position and playing information, Current and previous clubs, Location (city, country), Contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp), Photographs and video links, Performance statistics and links to external statistics platforms, Career highlights and playing history.

1.2 Industry User Information

When a club, scout, agent, college, or federation applies for industry access, we may collect: Full name, Title and role, Organization name, Contact information (email, phone), Verification documents, Payment information (processed by Stripe).

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect: IP address, Browser type and device information, Pages visited and time spent, Referral source.

2.1 Player Information

We use player information to create and publish player profiles, present player information to verified industry users, verify player identity and playing history, communicate about profile status and platform changes, and archive profile data as described in our Terms of Service.

2.2 Industry User Information

We use industry user information to verify identity and organizational affiliation, grant access to the player database, process subscription payments, and communicate about account status.

2.3 We do NOT

We do NOT:

• Sell player data to third parties
• Share contact information publicly without explicit consent
• Use player data for advertising
• Act as a player agent or representative

3.1 Public Visibility

The following may be visible to anyone visiting novenix.org:

• Name
• Position
• Nationality
• Current club
• Photographs and video links (if approved by admin)
• Career highlights and playing history

3.2 Industry-Only Visibility

The following is visible only to verified, approved industry users:

• Contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp)
• Date of birth
• Detailed playing information
• Full profile dossier

3.3 Admin Access

Novenix administrators have access to all submitted information for verification, quality control, and platform management.

4.1

Player profiles remain on the platform as long as the player maintains an active account. Players may request profile removal at any time by contacting novenixmedia@gmail.com.

4.2

When a profile is removed, publicly visible information is deleted within 48 hours. Player data may be retained in encrypted backup systems for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

4.3

Industry user account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for 90 days after expiration.

5.1 Access

You may request a copy of your personal data at any time by contacting novenixmedia@gmail.com.

5.2 Correction

You may correct or update your information by logging into your account or contacting novenixmedia@gmail.com.

5.3 Deletion

You may request deletion of your profile and personal data at any time. We will process deletion requests within 48 hours.

5.4 Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent for the use of your photographs, videos, or other media at any time. Upon withdrawal, we will remove the specified media from public view within 48 hours.

5.5 Data Portability

You may request an export of your personal data in a machine-readable format.

6.1 Players Under 18

Novenix may accept players under 18 with verified parent or guardian consent. A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before profile creation. Contact information for minor players will not be displayed publicly. All communications regarding minor players will be directed to the parent or guardian.

6.2 Players Under 13

Novenix does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA.

7.1 GDPR (EU/UK/EEA)

We process personal data on the basis of explicit consent and legitimate interest. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7.2 POPIA (South Africa)

We process personal data in accordance with POPIA. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

7.3 Other Jurisdictions

Novenix complies with applicable data protection laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.

Novenix uses essential cookies to maintain user sessions and platform functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics without consent.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure password storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users without undue delay and within 72 hours where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or platform notification.
